    Nice view, but poor food (the Phở bò was bland, Bún chả was not really worth the $10 tag) with slow service, no matter when it's busy or quiet. All day breakfast was a major disappointment.

    Expensive food comes with 5* service. Celebrated my 5th anniversary here was so worthy. The freshest salmon and octopus sushi i have ever tried (I'm not kinda sushi lover). Deserts were just OK.
